OK, so it is not exactly what we bought... but it will be our little mansion. Today Dan and I bought our first house!!! It is a very exciting and yet a nerve recking experience. We are set to close in October/November when our house is finished being built. This seems like a decade away, but sure it will sneak up on us sooner than we think. We are only moving a few blocks down. We will be very close to my parents... (I mean we can see their place from ours if we kink our neck to the right) There is only a row of houses and about 20+ acres of land between us. All sarcasm aside, it will be very nice to have them close. You are all welcome to come and stay with us anytime. We would love to have you!
