This past weekend we were able to take our little man to an indoor playground to spend time with his birthmom. We had a nice time and Colton was enjoying new adventures and showing off his new skills. The ball pit was a favorite!!!

Dedication

This past weekend we had Colton dedicated at church.  Afterwards we went had brunch at Kate's parents house. It was so special to have both sets of grandparents there (Thanks Steve and Carmen for making the trip)!!! Colton is one loved little man.

work out or blog??

 Since starting back at work, life has been well... CRAZY!!! Trying to find time to get everything done is mere impossible. Things have had to go to the wayside. Blogging is one of them. I have to chose. I have to chose health for a while. I have to chose laundry, dirty bottles, dirty diapers, drool, snotty nose, making home made baby food, cleaning toys so he stops getting sick. Building blocks, reading stories and playing in the bath tub. So, until there are more hours in the day or I get better control of working full time, being mom full time, being a wife full time and being a good friend full time. I need to step back. I will check in, but there are better things to do right now. I have to go tuck my little man in bed again and then hit the treadmill. 

 I am determined to be a runner again!!

My Valentine

Dan had to work tonight, so I was lucky enough to spend my night with this little love bug!! 

As far as I am concerned, he is a heart breaker!! 

Where have we been??

Lots to catch up on. Lots of changes in our lives lately. Blogging has had to take a back seat for a while. I am finally feeling like we are back into a routine (as best as can) now. So,  this weekend hope to tackle the blog and get it up to date.  Until then here are few pictures we had taken while Dan's family was visiting. Rice Cereal

The time came for Colton to eat rice cereal. We dragged our feet on this for a while as we both saw this as the sign that our little baby was no longer a "baby".  It went alright, I am sure he will get the hang of it as we try more.
